Mr. Narciso has more than 35 years of medical device and pharmaceutical development experience with an emphasis on establishing and building venture-funded start-up companies. In addition to founding BAROnova (Founder/CEO/President/Acting Chairman) in 2006, Mr. Narciso has held senior executive positions and served on the board of directors at a multitude of companies including EM Kinetics (Chairman), MicroKoll (Chairman), Leptos Biomedical Inc. (Acting CEO, COO), LAmbda Pharmaceuticals (Board of Directors), Corvascular Surgical Systems Inc. (COO/VP, R&D), and Miravant Medical Technologies (VP, Product Development). Mr. Narciso is a named inventor on 38 US patents and on a comparable number of international patents. In 2015 Mr. Narciso was named to the Fierce 15 list for his contributions at BAROnova (FDA-approved TransPyloric Shuttle for the treatment of obesity).
