Mr. Fanucci has over 30 years of operations experience working with medical device companies such as Intuitive Surgical, Boston Scientific, and Guidance Corp. Throughout the course of his career, he has applied his exceptional managerial, engineering, and logistical skills to a wide variety of projects. Mr. Fanucci has brought a diverse range of new products to market including minimally invasive surgical tools, cardiovascular catheters, gastro esophageal reflux, spinal cage products, breast cancer therapies, enlarged prostate, endometrial ablation, and wound care products. Mr. Fanucci has extensive experience setting up and managing production facilities in the US and internationally in locations such as China, Mexico, and Costa Rica. Mr. Fanucci's innovative 100% outsourcing strategy for Enteric Medical was chosen as "Best Practices" by Wilson, Sonsini, Goodrich, & Rosati. Mr. Fanucci has concentrated on development of proprietary manufacturing technologies to generate competitive pricing and technical production advantages. Mr. Fanucci has a degree in Industrial Technology with a concentration in Production Management from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, CA.
