Mr. Justice has a diverse range of service-related experience as a military mechanic, military recruiter, private investigator/security guard, guard at a federal correctional institute, athletic coach, and home caregiver. Mr. Justice is a veteran who spent 11 years in the marines as a mechanic and a recruiter in Ohio, after which he served as a prison guard at a Federal Corrections Institute for 21 years. Mr. Justice then continued his call to service by becoming a home caregiver for almost 10 years. As a home caregiver Mr. Justice has extensive experience assisting patients with mobility problems perform essential daily tasks such as walking, transferring the patient from a bed to a wheelchair, exercising/rehab, bathing, restroom visits, and the like. It was Mr. Justice's frustration with the current gait belt and concern for both patients and caregivers which led to his co-invention of the Care Belt products with Mr. Anderson.
